REFUND POLICY

Under certain conditions (buyer’s error when placing an order, etc.) or any error in the ordering process, refunds / replacements are available for purchases in our online store. Please contact us to determine your return authorization. This process can take up to 24 hours after the sale.

Due to the nature of the product (digital), refunds cannot be issued immediately, and a 24 hour period applies to ensure that the item has not been purchased by a previous purchaser. Refunds may take up to 5 business days.

We have no time limits for returns. Returns will be accepted provided the product is in unused condition and can be sold. As this is a digital product, a return will be investigated to insure the product code has not been redeemed. Unused products will be issued a full refund.

You acknowledge that in the event of any problems, the customer must contact support himself.
